Erin is passionate about working with adults, adolescents, and children with concerns related to self-esteem, anxiety, negative body image, disordered eating, grief, trauma, shame, ADHD, and life-transitions. She additionally enjoys working with couples and families seeking conflict resolution, improved connection, and new ways of communicating with each other. Erin has experience and training in each of these areas.
Erin implements a blend of various treatment modalities such as CBT, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, Narrative techniques, family systems, and trauma-informed techniques. When working with couples, she utilizes Gottman method training, with a strong emphasis on Emotionally Focused Therapy. Additionally, Erin draws from training in play therapy techniques for work with children. Viewing client collaboration as a main tenet of the counseling process, Erin strives to incorporate modalities that align with clients' personalities, preferences, and treatments goals.

Griffin Hatcliff, LPC-MHSP

Griffin specializes in providing individual and couples counseling and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a wide variety of clinical settings. He enjoys working with clients from multiple belief systems, religious backgrounds, and various cultural experiences. Griffin specializes in anxiety, depression, grief couples/family conflict, self-esteem, life transitions, and those dealing with trauma of various forms. Griffin is especially passionate about working with men as well as couples who are experiencing difficulties communicating with each other, resolving conflict, or repairing trust. He works with adults and adolescents age 14+.
Griffin works from a Person-Centered perspective and caters his counseling approach to each client and their goals, utilizing a wide range of techniques including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Counseling , and trauma focused techniques.

Initial Evaluation Session (1 hour): $155
50 Minute Session: $135
*Credit, Debit, HSA, cash, and personal checks are all accepted as forms of payment.
** Clients may receive superbills upon request if they wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their health insurance provider (out-of-network insurance benefits vary based on individual insurance coverage and plans).
